✤ Indicates 45 minute or 1 hour class.

✓ A minimum number of 4 registrants required.
Ω Indicates 30 consecutive days for new students only and for a limited time.

Classes with fewer that 3 people are subject to cancellation. Classes with only one person will be cancelled. Pre-registration is required for all classes.

You may register by calling 667-5399, or drop by the studio just before or after any of our scheduled classes.

CSUS Full Time Students with valid ID $5.00

Starbucks Partner Discount $5 per class.

Class packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Packages have a 3 month expiration.  The Yoga Mat reserves the right to cancel or change the date of any class, workshop, or retreat. We will do our best to notify participants in a timely manner if this occurs.
